THE 7 STAR TEACHER
The Seven Star Teacher Program is very illustrative and relatable especially between teachers and learners, delving into their day-to-day relationship.
The need to raise a properly trained Teacher who meets the demands of a global community is a focal point for every 21st Century citadel of learning.
However, training a teacher only on methodologies of teaching will stifle the development rate of students, delivering a coaching model that addresses Teachers’ professional code of conduct, mental wellbeing, and soft skills, in addition to pedagogical skills brings about a total transformation to the ability of the Teacher to then transform student’s intellectual, social and cultural abilities.
The transformational book is a combination of a textbook and workbook at the end of the chapters which help readers reflect on what they have learnt so far. It also provides solutions to some of the problems or crises that may be encountered by teachers.
